Welcome to my web site. I have been a ham since February 2004. I live in Olney, Maryland USA (FM19ld) which is about 10 miles north of Washington, DC with my wife, Laurie and my son Sean (KB3KXW). I am very interested in VHF/UHF and HF. I like to participate in contests and to chase grid squares on 6 meters, so far I have my VUCC with 376 grid squares confirmed. II am new on HF and working towards DXCC on 5 bands, so far I have confirmed 192 countries. I hope to have a QSO with you soon.

Mountain Bike Racing 2008 & 2009

This mountain bike racing season is on hold and will not happen because I had a severe break in my right arm on Jan 4th. I had surgery on Jan 6th and a 6" plate, 7 screws and a bone graph. I had a 2nd surgery Sept 3 to remove the plate and screws. I am hoping for the best.
